Resumo

Pensar a Educação Artística no presente e no futuro implica fazer uma espécie de diagnóstico que nos permita analisar as diferentes circunstâncias que condicionam e afetam o seu desenvolvimento. A questão que se encontra na origem desta reflexão considera a confluência de alguns fenómenos independentes resultantes de diversas iniciativas que contribuem de forma mais ou menos direta para que a Educação Artística emerja, desponte nas suas mais variadas formas de expressão. Este artigo reitera algumas questões que persistem até à atualidade e outras, mais diretamente relacionadas com recentes mudanças, ambicionando (humildemente) proporcionar um espaço de reflexão e debate sobre ideias e pesquisas relacionadas com as questões fundamentais da educação artística no contexto atual.

Arts Education: present and future.

Thinking of Artistic Education at present and for future implicates making a sort of diagnostic that allows us to analyses the different circumstances that condition and affect its development. The question that is in the origin of this reflection considers the confluence of some independent phenomenon’s resultant from different initiatives that contribute in a more or less direct form for Artistic Education to emerge and appear over the widest variety of expression forms. This article reiterates some questions that persist up to the present time and others, more related with recent changes, aspiring (humbly) to provide a place for reflection and discussion about ideas and research related to the fundamental matters of artistic education in the actual context.
